As stated by Books about War The god book connected with Bandos is the book of war, which is clutched in place of a shield. It may be acquired from Jossik at the Lighthouse for 5,000 coins. Books of war must be created using all four ripped Bandos pages, which can be gained through Treasure Trails or purchased from other players. Equipping a book of war allows the player to preach and perform ceremonies such as blessing, last rites, and wedding rites by operating it (none of which affect the game itself and are just spoken lines of text), at a cost of 25% of the player’s special attack energy.
Lost books of war can be retrieved for free by speaking with Jossik, complete with all pages that have been added. Alternatively, individuals who do not wish to travel to the Lighthouse might have them returned to them for 14,000 coins by Perdu.
Because it provides a +5 prayer bonus and a +2 strength bonus, the book of war can be utilized as a training weapon for the Nightmare Zone. It is the only god book that grants a benefit to strength.
This book is good for melee training for low-level players who do not yet have access to defenders or the obsidian shield.
It can be used to collect ecumenical keys in the Wilderness God Wars Dungeon because it is a Bandos-affiliated item.
