Theran J. Selph, Sr. is an experienced litigator in various areas of law including personal injury, malpractice, corporate law, product liability, probate, insurance, commercial, and real estate cases. A few of his achievements include but are not limited to a $7.5 million wrongful death judgment, a $2.5 million assault judgment, and a $75 thousand low-impact motor vehicle collision judgment. Theran lives in northwest Columbus with his wife of 25+ years, their 5 children, and their family dog Peaches. Theran graduated from the University of Utah in 2001, moving on to Ohio State’s Moritz college of law, where he and his family then settled in Columbus. He learned Spanish when living in Ecuador for two years in his early 20s. He originally became interested in the practice of law when, as a young businessman, he suffered financial losses because of a defective semi-truck. In need of an excellent lawyer, he became inspired to be one. Theran is also a board member and general counsel for the Wolves Inc. Non-Profit Corporation as well as chairman of the Central Ohio Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
