Nicholas, a Brooklyn native, received his Bachelor’s degree in English from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College. He then pursued a Juris Doctor degree at New York Law School, simultaneously working at law firms specializing in personal injury and criminal defense.
After completing his law degree, Nicholas set up his own law firm, handling numerous cases including automobile accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, toxic torts, and civil rights violations. Over the course of eight years, he achieved successful resolutions and litigations for his clients in New York and New Jersey, resulting in favorable outcomes and substantial awards.
