With a background in litigating personal injury, family law, and medical malpractice cases, he holds an LL.M. in Ocean and Coastal Law from the University of Miami. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is admitted to the Florida Bar and Puerto Rico Bar, as well as several federal courts.
